Hifinear Rules for posting ads
1. The ad must be legal
Do not place offers, conditions or information in ads that violate the laws or the rights of third parties, or contribute to such violations.
You have the right to post ads only about those goods, services, vacancies, objects and other offers (hereinafter referred to as the "product") in respect of which you have all the necessary rights, licenses, registrations, permits, certificates, etc.
Before posting an ad, you must ensure that all elements of the ad are legal (including photos, videos, links to third-party sites where appropriate, etc.). For any violations of the law or the rights of third parties committed by you, you will be solely responsible.
Our general rule is that you may not list, offer, buy or sell items or services that are illegal to own, buy or sell in your town/city/country/province of residence, or that are not bought or sold in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
IMPORTANT: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS RELATING TO THE ITEM OR SERVICE YOU LIST, BUY OR SELL ON HIFINEAR.
We specifically prohibit the following items and services:
- Products or services not related to audio, video or music
- Counterfeit Products
- Embargoed Goods
- Illegal Services
- Hazardous Materials
- Items which encourage or facilitate illegal activity
- Malicious or unwanted software or “malware” that may harm or gain unauthorized access to a computer, device, or network
- Offensive Material
- Pictures or images that contain nudity
- Recalled items
2. Information in the ad must be true and complete
We consider it a gross violation of the Hifinear rules to place any information in the ad that may be misleading about your product or the terms of your offer.
You are solely responsible for distributing an ad that lacks the required information or contains false information.
3. The ad must match the category on Hifinear
Place ads only about those products for which there is a corresponding and relevant category on Hifinear. Do not post ads for accepting a gift, ordering services, collecting financial assistance, dating, finding, losing, buying or searching.
Ads can be placed within the same category using only one profile (including if you operate within the same company or joint business, family or on behalf of your acquaintances).
It is forbidden to place several products in one ad, unless they form a set or belong to the same category. If an ad contains multiple products that match the same category, a price must be specified for each product.
4. The offer must be specific, existing and relevant
Post ads for a specific existing customer value product. For example, on Hifinear you cannot sell an amplifier or rent a music studio on the planet Neptune.
If you are listing a product for sale, you must have the product in stock; if you are listing a service, you must be prepared to provide it; if you are listing a rental studio, you must be ready to hand it over to the tenant, etc.
In some categories, an indication of the number of items in stock may be available. If this option is available in the Hifinear interface, you can indicate that there are several units of the product in stock and mark the exact quantity of the product. Maintain up-to-date information on the quantity of goods in stock in your profile on Hifinear. In this case, you need to update the information about the quantity of goods in your Hifinear profile or remove the ad from publication.
If you have sold a product or your offer has ceased to be relevant for other reasons, remove the ad from publication as soon as possible. Do not change the content of a previously published announcement. Including do not upload a photo of another product or service. For a new offer, create a new ad.
If there is a technical possibility and only if the automatic activation function is enabled in the profile, Hifinear automatically activates ads after the next maximum term for their placement has expired. If you do not need automatic activation of ads, disable it in your profile or contact support specialists .
Do not place ads without the goal of making a deal in relation to the exact product that is indicated in the ad (dummy ads). It is forbidden to place ads for the purposes of lead generation - obtaining contact information of potential buyers.
Remember that posting an ad may entail an obligation for you to a potential buyer to conclude and execute a transaction in accordance with civil law.
Do not place general promotional information in ads without a specific offer. Ads are placed on Hifinear in order to inform users about the possibility and conditions of transactions. The ads themselves, as well as the information contained in them, are not aimed at creating and maintaining interest in a particular person, his product or service.
5. It is forbidden to post duplicated ads
You can only place one active listing per product. We consider the placement of repeated ads (duplicates) as a gross violation of Hifinear rules.
This means that you cannot place repeated ads (duplicates) about the offer of the same product in different cities or regions or categories.
You also cannot place repeated ads (duplicates) about the offer of the same product using several profiles (including if you operate within the same company or joint business).
The placement of a repeated advertisement (duplicate) will also be considered if:
If the ad parameters match the similar parameters of another previously placed ad, the later ad is considered repeated and may be blocked.
